Cottage revival

A 1920's New England cottage in New Canaan was gut renovated to recapture the charm of a serene retreat. The client, a single woman, required a home with a feeling of sanctuary for living and working at home.

Shelley Morris built upon the client's collection of antiques to express personal style. New rugs, upholstery and art create an updated, fresh look with traditional influences. Wide-plank wood floors and natural materials create a comforting environment.
